Welcome to my site!

My name is Alma. I am a Spiritual Coach Specialised in Trauma Sensitive yoga, Somatic movement, Breath work, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy. My approach is rooted in safety, gentleness and nervous system regulation. You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or “good at Yoga” to be here. You are welcome exactly as you are.

If you feel tense, overwhelmed, disconnected or in pain, you are not alone. I lived like that for a good part of my life! Many people experience these symptoms believing that this is the norm. I did… But it is not. You are not broken. Nothing is wrong with you. Your nervous system may be stuck in alert mode.

We will work together to help you reconnect with your body, finding ease, safety, and a sense of self - at your own pace.

  • Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra

    • Trauma sensitive rest practices for people who find hard to relax, sleep, or feel safe in stillness.

  • Chronic Pain Support

    • As a Pain Reprocessing Specialist, I help people with chronic neuroplastic pain to manage symptoms more easily and find joy in life. We work together to rewire the brain and teach the nervous system to reduce pain sensitivity, soften guarding patterns, and build trust in movement again.
